The ADGM3144 from Analog Devices is a Single-Pole Four-Throw (SP4T) Switch that operates from DC to 30 GHz. It is fabricated using MEMS switch technology, enabling a compact form factor, wide RF bandwidth, high linearity, and low insertion loss, making it suitable for a wide range of RF and precision switching applications. This SP4T switch has a switching time of 200 us, an insertion loss of less than 0.85 dB, and provides up to 26 dB of isolation. This switch can handle an RF input power of up to 33 dBm and has a return loss of up to 28 dB. It features a high input third-order intercept (IIP3) of 70 dBm and supports data rates of up to 64 Gbps.

The ADGM3144 integrates a 3.3 V driver with parallel and SPI control interfaces. It requires a DC supply of 3.0 to 3.6 V and consumes 2.5 mA of current. This switch is available in a 24-lead LGA package measuring 3 × 3 × 1.5 mm and operates over a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. It is suitable for ATE load boards, high-speed digital loopback testing, reconfigurable RF systems, military radios, and 5G mmWave infrastructure applications.
