The PE42548 from pSemi is an UltraCMOS SP4T Reflective Switch that operates from 9 kHz to 30 GHz. It has a switching speed of 60 ns, an insertion loss of less than 2.3 dB, and an isolation of more than 33 dB. This broadband switch can handle an input power of up to 29 dBm (~0.8 W) and has a P1dB power of 32 dBm. It is based on HaRP™ technology enhancements that provide high linearity and fast switching time.

This switch is manufactured on pSemi’s UltraCMOS process, a patented variation of silicon-on-insulator (SOI) technology. It is available in a 20-lead LGA package that measures 3 x 3 mm and is ideal for test and measurement (T&M), 5G mmWave, microwave backhaul, radar, and satellite communication applications.
