AM6032

The AM6032 from Mercury Systems is a Reflective SP4T Switch that operates from DC to 26.5 GHz. It has an insertion loss of less than 1.5 dB and provides an isolation of more than 50 dB. The switch has an Input IP3 of 40 dBm and requires a DC Supply from 3.3 to 5 V. It is matched to 50 ohms and is available in a low SWaP (size, weight, and power) footprint. This positive control device exhibits a low insertion loss, a flat frequency response, and provides high isolation over an operating temperature range from -40 to +85 C. It is available in a 4 mm QFN package and is ideal for high-frequency low power transmit/receive (wireless) applications.
