The BSW7221 from BeRex is a Reflective SPDT Switch that operates from 1 MHz to 6000 MHz. It can be used in either 50 Ohm or 75 Ohm impedance terminated systems. The switch provides an isolation of 43 dB with low insertion loss of 0.49 dB at 2.45 GHz and has a fast switching time of 90 to 135 ns. It is available in a 6-lead, 1.5 x 1.5 mm UDFN package and is ideal for 802.11 Wi-Fi, DOCIS 3.1 CATV, NFC, IoT and 5G Applications. This switch has an ESD rating of 2000 V (HBM) and requires no external DC blocking capacitors.
