PE42424

The PE42424 is an UltraCMOS SPDT switch from Peregrine that operates from 100 MHz to 6 GHz. The switch has a high isolation of over 35 dB and a fast switching speed of 125 ns. It can handle up to 29 dBm of pulsed power, 30 dBm CW power and high linearity with an IP3 of 61 dBm. It has been developed on their silicon on sapphire process as a result of which it has a high linearity and excellent harmonics (GaAs like performance on Silicon) even though it has been developed on CMOS. The switch is available in a 1.5 x 1.5 mm DFN package and is ideal for WLAN 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac applications.
