BSW7221V

The BSW7221V is a reflective SPDT RF switch that operates from 5 to 8500 MHz. This AEC-Q100 Grade 2 qualified switch is designed for automotive, WLAN 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax/be Networks, Bluetooth, Ultra-Wide-Band (UWB), and wireless communication applications. It has an insertion loss of less than 0.81 dB, an isolation of more than 21 dB, and a switching time of 135 ns. It can handle a P1dB of up to 37 dBm and an IP3 of up to 65 dB. 

The BSW7221V switch requires a DC supply voltage of 2.7 to 3.6 V and consumes less than 350 μA. It is available in a RoHS-compliant 6-lead UDFN package that measures 1.5 x 1.5 x 0.5 mm and requires no external DC-blocking capacitors. It can operate over a temperature range of -40 to 105°C and has robust ESD protection circuits at all pins and temperature performance with a rating of 2500 V.
