MSW2-1001ELGA

The MSW2-1001ELGA from Marki Microwave is a Reflective SPDT Switch that operates from 100 MHz to 40 GHz. It has an insertion loss of less than 1.5 dB and provides an isolation of over 38 dB. The switch can handle an input power of 27 dBm and has an IIP3 of 50 dB. It is manufactured using a Silicon-On-Insulator (SOI) process and is available in a surface-mount 12-lead LGA package that measures 2.25 x 2.25 mm. The switch is ideal for mobile tests and measurement, Radar, SATCOM, 5G and electronic warfare applications.
