The KS204 from KCB Solutions is a GaAs pHEMT based Non-Reflective SPDT Switch that operates from 0.02 to 8 GHz. It can handle an input power of up to 30 dBm, has an insertion loss of less than 1.8 dB, and provides isolation of 55 dB. The switch is available in a leadless hermetically sealed SMT package for harsh environments and measures 3 x 3 mm. It is ideal for microwave radios, military radios, VSAT, telecom infrastructure, and test equipment applications. It can be ordered with 100% screening requirements of MIL-PRF-38535 Class B and S.
