QPC7522

The QPC7522 from Qorvo is a Silicon on Insulator (SOI) SPDT Reflective Switch that operates from 5 to 3300 MHz. This switch has an IP3 of 75 dBm, has an insertion loss of less than 0.28 dB and an isolation of over 44 dB at 1 GHz. It has a CMOS/TTL control interface and has a switching speed of 2.6 µS. The switch requires a DC supply of 5 V and consumes up to 0.05 mA of current. It does not require blocking caps on the RF ports if DC is not present. This 75-ohm switch is available in a compact, 9-pin LGA package that measures 1.1 x 1.5 mm and is ideal for extended spectrum DOCSIS, CATV amplifiers, CATV Head End, fiber deep nodes, cable set top box, and satellite set top box applications.
