The SR-1050-1S is a SPST reflective pin diode switch that operates from 150 to 1050 MHz. The switch can handle up to 40 watts of power and has an insertion loss of less than 0.5 dB and isolation over 70 dB. It has a rise/fall time of 600 ns and a On/Off time of 800 ns. The switch has a VSWR of less than 1.35:1 and is matched to 50 ohms at the input and output. It is available in a module with SMA - Female connectors. The SR-1050-1S is certified for military applications as well.
