The CVCSO-914SXT from Crystek Corporation is a Frequency Doubling SAW-based Clock Oscillator (VCSO) that operates from 1244.160 to 2000 MHz. It produces a true sinewave output of +8 dBm and has a phase sensitivity of -130 dBc/Hz. This VCSO has a pullability APR of more than ±50 ppm and a linearity of up to ±20%. It has a start-up time of 2 ms, modulation bandwidth of more than 20 kHz, and 2nd harmonics of -20 dBc. 

The CVCSO-914SXT has a G-sensitivity of 0.9×10-9 per G, and a frequency stability of ±200 ppm versus an operating temperature of -40°C to 90°C. It requires a DC supply of 5 V and consumes less than 70 mA of current. This frequency doubling VCSO is available in an SMD package that measures 9 x 14 mm and is ideal for PLL frequency translation, test & measurement, avionics, point-to-point radios, and multi-point radio applications.
