The OCVCSO-1 IQD is an Oven Controlled Voltage Controlled SAW Oscillators (OCVCSO) that operates at 800 MHz. The 800 MHz signal is generated from a 400 MHz fundamental frequency, followed by a low noise frequency doubler. Multiplying the frequency once enables superior phase noise performance, down to -160 dBc/Hz at the floor level and jitter of less than 10 fs between 10kHz to 100MHz.The OCVCSO operates over a temperature range from -25 to 60 degrees Celcius with a frequency stability of ±4 ppm. It requires a supply voltage of 5 V and provides a sinewave output.

This RoHS compliant SAW Oscillator is available in a surface-mount package and is ideal for use in test and ground-based military equipment applications.
