QT25VHF Series Image

The QT25VHF Series from Q-Tech is a Voltage-Controlled Oscillator (VCO) that operates from 400 MHz to 1.3 GHz. It is based on a hybrid Lamb Wave oscillator design and is designed for military and defense systems. This VCO delivers an output power of +7 to +12 dBm and has an SSB phase noise of -140 dBc/Hz at 10 kHz offset with a noise floor of -168 dBc/Hz. It has harmonics and sub-harmonics below -20 dBc, with spurious levels below -80 dBc. This VCO has a tuning range of ±50 ppm and an Absolute Pull Range (APR) of ±15 ppm, with a vibration sensitivity of less than 2 ppb/g. It has a frequency vs. voltage stability of ±4 ppm and an aging rate of ±10 ppm in the first year. 

The QT25VHF Series is available with 3.3 V, 5 V, or 12 V supply options and draws up to 60 mA of current. It is screened and quality-conformance-tested to the requirements of MIL-PRF-55310 Level B. This oscillator is housed in a hermetically sealed 20-pin flat-pack package measuring 0.625 × 0.625 inches with gold-finished leads and package body per MIL-PRF-38534 standards.
