The VX-501 from Vectron is a VCXO that operates from 1 MHz to 1200 MHz with ±30 ppm frequency stability. It is ideal for applications that require a low phase noise, low jitter clock source like medical and military applications. It provides HCMOS, PECL, LVDS and sine wave output signals with more than 3 dBm of power and requires a supply up to 5.25 Vdc. The VCXO has a phase noise floor of −166dBc/Hz @ 1MHz offset (fN=100MHz) and can operate at a temperature from -40°C to + 85 °C.
