The terms I/Q demodulation bandwidth and analysis bandwidth are used interchangeably and refer to the same property of a spectrum analyzer. I/Q demodulation bandwidth especially refers to a mode where recorded signal is converted into complex baseband sample, also referred to as the IQ data. The IQ data can be used for complex demodulation, like in vector signal analysis.
