everything RF @ IMS 2026: Molex Showcases RF Connectivity Solutions for Test and Measurement

At IMS 2026, everything RF visited Molex at their booth (#17070), where they presented their range of RF and microwave connectivity solutions for the test and measurement market, with RF Product Manager Ron Orban outlining the company’s portfolio and recent developments. The showcase focused on both standard and pseudo-custom products designed to support a wide range of RF applications. 

The company highlighted its offerings across key connectivity segments, including RF cable assemblies, RF connectors and multi-port interconnect products. These solutions are intended to address performance and integration requirements in test and measurement environments, where reliability and signal integrity are critical. 

Orban talked about the performance of its RF PCB connector technologies, providing examples of how these components support high-frequency signal transmission on test boards and systems. The demonstration emphasized the role of PCB-level interconnects in optimizing overall RF system performance. 

The company featured products from its AirBorn division, expanding its portfolio of high-reliability interconnect solutions. This integration allows Molex to address a broader set of applications within aerospace, defense, and advanced test systems. Molex has recently acquired Smith Interconnect, which was present at the booth as well.
