The SKY66114-11 from Skyworks is a 2.4 GHz fully-integrated RF front-end module that supports Bluetooth Low Energy/Bluetooth Smart, 802.15.4 and ZigBee applications. The module has an integrated high-efficiency saturated PA, high-gain LNA, Tx/Rx and bypass switches, and digital controls compatible with 1.6 V to 3.6 V CMOS levels. The FEM has a fast switch on/off time of less than 800 nanosecond. It is available in a 16-pin, 2.4 x 2.4 x 0.8 mm package and is ideal for in-home appliances, smart thermostats, IoT gateways, sensors and smart lightning.
