The SKY85356-11 from Skyworks Solutions is a Front-End Module (FEM) that operates in the 2.4 GHz band. It is ideal for Wi-Fi 7 and Wi-Fi 8 (802.11be/bn) applications. This module consists of a 2.4 GHz power amplifier, a T/R switch, a low-noise amplifier with bypass mode, a non-linear power amplifier, and an RF coupler. The SKY85356-11 front-end module provides a gain of 31 dB (Tx) and 16 dB (Rx). Both the input and output ports are fully matched. This FEM module also includes LNA and PA disable functions that ensure low leakage current in OFF mode. It is available in a 24-pin MCM package measuring 3 x 5 mm and includes an antenna port.
