The SKY85309-11 is a 2.4 GHz WLAN Front End Module that has been developed for PC Cards and routers. The FEM consists of a SPDT switch, low noise amplifier and a power amplifier for high power 802.11 applications. An integrated power detector has been integrated to provide closed loop power control within the system. It is available in a 24 pin, 3 x 5 mm QFN package.
