The RIU243K0-40TG from RFHIC is a GaN-on-SiC Microwave Generator that operates from 2400 MHz to 2500 MHz. It delivers continuous-wave (CW)/pulse output power adjustable from 30 W to 3000 W, with an efficiency of up to 58%. This microwave generator supports programmable phase control from 0° to 180° in 1° steps. It is configured as a remote-operated system consisting of a 3 kW SSPA head, a PLL synthesizer/control module, and a separate power supply unit.
The power supply unit operates from an AC input of 304–456 V, while the SSPA head requires a 50 V DC supply. It can be controlled via an RS-422 interface. This generator measures 305 x 205 x 515.5 mm and has a WR340 waveguide interface for microwave output. It is ideal as a building block for high-power systems, plasma generation, industrial heating & drying, and CVD equipment sterilization applications.
