ADL8113

The ADL8113 from Analog Devices is a Low Noise Amplifier (LNA) that operates from 10 MHz to 12 GHz. It delivers a small signal gain of up to 14.5 dB with a noise figure of less than 7 dB and an output P1dB of up to 20.5 dBm. This LNA has two integrated SP4T reflective switches that allow multiple paths through the device. It has an internal bypass switch mode that has an insertion loss of less than 2.6 dB. These switches also offer a high input third-order intercept (IIP3) path when large input signals are present. This LNA also has integrated power-supply decoupling capacitors, which eliminate the need for external power-supply decoupling. It requires a DC supply of 3.3 and 5 V and consumes 110 mA of current. This amplifier is available in an LGA package that measures 6 x 6 mm and is ideal for electronic test and measurement equipment, electronic warfare, and wireless receiver applications.
