The PMA1-14LV+ from Mini-Circuits is a Low Noise Amplifier (LNA) MMIC that operates from 0.05 to 10 GHz. It is designed to provide low noise, a wide dynamic range, and a high OIP3, making it ideal for sensitive, high-dynamic-range receiver applications. This amplifier provides a gain of 21.9 dB with a noise figure of 1.0 dB and an output P1dB of +20.4 dBm. It is manufactured using pHEMT technology and is internally matched to 50 Ohms.

The PMA1-14LV+ low noise amplifier requires a 5 V DC supply and draws 60 mA of current. This RoHS-compliant LNA is available in a 1.5 x 1.5 mm QFN package. This package offers a very small footprint, thereby saving space in dense PCB layouts, while providing low inductance, repeatable transitions, and excellent thermal contact with the PCB. It is ideal for test and measurement, backhaul radios, radar, electronic warfare, ECM defense systems, and 5G wireless infrastructure applications.
