PMA1-14LN+

The PMA1-14LN+ from Mini-Circuits is a pHEMT MMIC Low Noise Amplifier that operates from 0.05 to 10 GHz. It delivers a gain of up to 21.1 dB and has a noise figure of less than 1.8 dB with a P1dB of up to +22.8 dBm. This LNA has an isolation of 27 dB and a return loss of 8-20 dB. It requires a DC supply of +6.0 V and consumes 61 mA of current. This low-noise amplifier is available in a QFN package that measures 1.5 x 1.5 x 0.28 mm. It is ideal for test & measurement equipment, 5G MIMO & backhaul radio, satellite communication, radar, EW, and ECM defense systems.
