ATEK563P5

The ATEK563P5 from ATEK MIDAS is a Power Amplifier that operates from 0.2 to 24 GHz. It delivers a saturated output power of +29 dBm with a gain of up to 14.1 dB. This amplifier provides a flat gain over a wide frequency range, allowing users to realize wideband receiver front-end solutions easily. It is internally matched to 50 Ohms for efficient RF performance. This PA requires a DC supply of 12 V and consumes 400 mA of current. 

The ATEK563P5 is available in a low-cost surface-mount package that measures 5 x 5 mm. This power amplifier is ideal for wideband receiver systems, software-defined radio (SDR), test and measurement equipment, SATCOM, and telecommunication applications.
