The BVA7202C from BeRex is a Variable Gain Amplifier (VGA) that operates from 0.4 to 1.1 GHz. It delivers a gain of 35.3 dB with a noise figure of less than 4.6 dB and an output P1dB of 23.4 dBm. This VGA has an integrated high-performance digital 6-bit attenuator (DSA) that provides a 31.5 dB attenuation range in 0.5dB steps and two amplifiers that provide high output IP3 and P1dB. It supports digital control interface for serial programming of the Step attenuator (DSA) and has a power-down feature for power savings with Power Down (P/D) mode. 

The BVA7202C requires a DC supply of 5 V and consumes 165 A of current. This variable gain amplifier is available in an LGA package that measures 6 x 6 x 1.07 mm. It is ideal for use in LTE/3G/5G wireless infrastructure and other high performance wireless RF applications.
