Cerus V-Band

The Cerus V from Filtronic is a Solid State Power Amplifier (SSPA) that operates from 47.2 to 52.4 GHz (V-Band). It delivers a saturated output power of up to +50 dBm (~100 W). This SSPA incorporates GaN semiconductor technology, achieving high output power and linearity. It can also be expanded into a multi-module configuration, which further enhances the output power and enables scalable deployment for the most demanding applications. 

The Cerus V features built-in redundancy and graceful degradation, maintaining operation even under faulty conditions. It is available in a module and is ideal for high-reliability mission-critical satellite uplinks and other advanced RF applications.
