The KB60180M43A from KeyLink Microwave is a multi-octave high power amplifier module that operates from 6 to 18 GHz. It provides a saturated output power of 20 Watts with a gain of 40 dB. This GaN Amplifier is available in a module that measures 150 x 90 x 25 mm with SMA female connectors and is ideal for jamming, EMC, test and measurement applications. The amplifier is matched to 50 ohms at the input/output and has built-in control and protection circuits.
