MAAP-011106

The MAAP-011106 is a E-Band power amplifier that has been developed for small cell wireless backhaul applications that enable datarates of 1 Gbps and higher to accommodate surging data demand, particularly in densely populated metro environments. The amplifier operates from 71 to 86 GHz to deliver a saturated power of 25.5 dBm, which is extremely high for an amplifier operating in the E-Band. It includes an integrated power detector and supports 20 dB of small signal gain with variable gain control for flexible performance tuning.
