The ADM-9027CH from Marki Microwave is a Distributed Low-Noise Amplifier (LNA) MMIC that operates from 2 to 24 GHz. It provides a small signal gain of 16 dB with a noise figure of less than 3.5 dB and has an output P1dB of 16 dBm. This LNA is an ideal linear signal amplifier for applications requiring low power consumption and small form factors. It has excellent return losses and gain flatness, with integrated DC-blocking capacitors and an RF choke. It requires a DC supply of 6 V and consumes less than 77 mA of drain current. This amplifier is available in a package that measures 2.30 x 1.75 mm and is suitable for use in communication systems, test and measurement equipment, satellite communications and electronic warfare applications.
