MPA-18G-40G-20

The MPA-18G-40G-20 from Maury Microwave is a GaN Power Amplifier that operates from 18 to 40 GHz. It delivers a saturated output power of more than 20 W with a small signal gain of over 43 dB. This power amplifier is manufactured using the state-of-the-art GaN process and includes built-in protection circuitries to ensure high reliability during operation. It is burn-in and aging tested which includes prolonged storage under extreme temperature conditions, extended amplifier operation over the entire rated temperature range, and elongated usage at maximum power.

The MPA-18G-40G-20 is available as a benchtop enclosure that measures 483 x 516 x 147 mm and has a 2.92 mm (female) connector at the input port and a WRD180C24 waveguide interface at the output port. It is ideal for test and measurement applications.
