The NT1191GEAE3A from Nisshinbo Micro Devices is a Low-Noise Amplifier designed for GNSS applications that operates from 1164 to 1610 MHz. It provides a small signal gain of 17.5 dB with a noise figure of less than 1.1 dB. This amplifier requires a DC supply from 1.5 to 5.5 V and consumes less than 8 mA of current. It has integrated ESD protection on each port, providing robust electrostatic discharge resistance.
