The 4131-047 from Ophir RF is an RF Amplifier System that operates from 6 to 12 GHz. It delivers a saturated output power of 100 W and a small-signal gain of more than 48 dB. This amplifier utilizes Class A linear power devices that provide an excellent 3rd order intercept point, high gain, and a wide dynamic range. It supports CW/AM/FM/PM/Pulsed input signal formats. The amplifier has spurious levels of better than -60 dBc and harmonics of -20 dBc. It features thermal overload, over-current, over-voltage, and open or short VSWR condition circuit protections.

The 4131-047 can be controlled remotely via Ethernet, RS-232, or IEEE-488 interface and manually via a front panel display interface with a keypad. It is available as a bench-top module that measures 19.00 x 8.75 x 26 inches and has N-type connectors. The amplifier requires an AC supply of 100-240 V and consumes less than 3000 W of power.
