SKY66525-11

The SKY66525-11 from Skyworks Solutions is a Power Amplifier (PA) that operates from 3450 to 4200 MHz. This power amplifier delivers an output power of +30 dBm (~1 W) with a gain of 31.5 dB and a power-added efficiency of 26%. It has an instantaneous bandwidth of 400 MHz and is highly linear, with an ACLR of less than -45 dBc with pre-distortion (400 MHz IBW, 9 dB PAR signal). This PA  has an integrated active biasing circuitry to compensate PA performance over temperature, voltage, and process variation. 

This high-efficiency power amplifier is available in an MCM 16-Pin package measuring 5 x 5 x 1.04 mm. It is ideal for 5G NR systems & 4G LTE systems, enterprise small-cell & massive MIMO, and as a driver amplifier for micro & macro base station applications.
