ETS-Lindgren Expands its Customer Care and Services Department

ETS-Lindgren has announced the expansion of its Customer Care and Services Department to enhance product support throughout its global offices. The expansion boosts the services offered by the company’s in-house A2LA-Accredicated Calibration Lab (Lab Certification1207.01) and NVLAP-Accredited Acoustic Research Lab (Lab Code 100286-0) as well as the ETS-Lindgren Solutions customer support provided for the Acoustic, Automotive, EMC Test, Government, Healthcare, Information Technology, Utilities, and Wireless industries. 

The ETS-Lindgren “Help Desk” aligns with the Services Department to facilitate a direct line of communication between senior management and customers to expedite assistance requests. “As our company has grown over the years to more than 50,000 RF Shielded Enclosure installations worldwide, we’ve recognized the importance of also growing our Customer Care and Services capabilities in lockstep with our customers’ needs,” said Mr. Roger Hatch, Vice-President, Solutions with ETS-Lindgren. “I’m very proud of our team for leading the way in Customer Care and Services.  Their combined experience earned over many years at ETS-Lindgren is significant in providing the highest level of service to our valued customers.”

Mr. Leon Enriquez, Director, Services with ETS-Lindgren, oversees the Services Department, which supports RF Shielded Enclosures and components provided for the many industries noted above. Mr. Enriquez is also responsible for the services offered by Calibration, Wireless, and EMC Labs, as well as the Help Desk. Dr. Douglas Winker, Product Line Manager, Acoustics with ETS-Lindgren, oversees the services offered by the Acoustic Research Lab. “Douglas and I have more than 35 years of combined experience with ETS-Lindgren in providing customer service in support of our chambers, components, calibration, and test time in our Wireless and Acoustic chambers,” said Mr. Enriquez. “Whether in the field on-site at a customer location or here in our labs, ETS-Lindgren is committed to exceeding our customer’s expectations for product support and service,” added Dr. Winker.

Calibration Services Plus!™ delivers optimal convenience, as ETS-Lindgren handles the scheduling and logistics involved with calibrating your antennas, probes, LISNs, current clamps, couplers, and attenuators.
