- High System flexibility (later upgrade possible)
- 1 gate and 1 drain pulser
- 2 gate pulsers
- 3 and 4 pulser systems
A complete workflow for RF transistor modeling, including pulsed IV and S-parameter measurements. The demo of this will show how the system improves measurement speed and modeling accuracy.

High-Voltage GaN Pulsed IV with the AM3242 Probe
In semiconductor testing, accurately characterizing high-power transistors is essential for optimizing performance and reliability. The PULSE IV SYSTEM AM3242 is designed to meet these demands. With a measurement range up to ±150A and a voltage capability extending to 1500V, it delivers accurate and repeatable results in both static and dynamic conditions. Its Source Measure Unit (SMU) architecture ensures precise voltage and current control, while advanced safety mechanisms prevent system overloads.
Dedicated to GaN power device characterization, this demo will focus on robust and precise pulsed IV measurements at high voltage.
