The FCF104 from Dialog Semiconductor is a Front-End Low Noise Amplifier IC that operates from 716 to 960 MHz. It has two modes of operation - high gain mode and bypass gain mode. In the high gain mode, the amplifier provides a gain of 15 dB, has a noise figure of 0.7 dB, and an IIP3 at 4.4 dBm. In the bypass gain mode, it provides a gain of -2 dB, has a noise figure of 2 dB, and an IIP3 at 26.7 dBm. The amplifier requires a supply voltage of 1.5-3.3 V and consumes 5.4 mA of current in the high gain mode.

The FCF104 has an optional DC-block capacitor and needs one inductor for input matching. It is available in a 6-pin DFN package that measures 1.1 x 0.7 mm and is ideal for LTE applications.
