The BC127 from Sierra Wireless is a Certified Bluetooth 5 module with an integrated antenna. This 2.4 GHz module provides a transmit power of 10 dBm and a data rate of up to 3 Mbps (typical 1.6 Mbps). It has an RF sensitivity of -88 dBm and an operating range of up to 30 m. The module is available in an 11.8 x 18 x 3.2 mm package and has an embedded Bluetooth Stack with simple UART interface. This dual-mode Bluetooth Classic and Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) module connects industrial devices requiring multiple connections and/or high-end audio applications.
