The NINA-B2 series from u-blox are dual-mode Bluetooth 4.2 stand-alone modules for industrial IoT applications. The modules have a built-in secure boot function and can operate across a wide range of temperatures. These modules are ideal for industrial automation, wireless-connected and configurable equipment, point-of-sales, and health devices applications. The NINA-B2 series is available in two variants - 10 x 10.6 x 2.2 mm (without antenna) and 10 x 14 x 3.8 mm (with antenna) with u-blox connectivity software, which supports many common use cases such as Beacon, GATT client, GATT server, and serial port. The modules have already been tested and certified globally, which will reduce development costs and speed up time to market.
