Menlo Micro, the innovator of revolutionary Ideal Switch® technology, has announced its participation at the IEEE MTT-S International Microwave Symposium (IMS) 2025 in San Francisco. From June 15–20, Menlo Micro will be stationed at Booth #2253, where it will present nine compelling live demonstrations across six groundbreaking new products, highlighting how the Ideal Switch® platform is reshaping RF, high-speed digital, and power applications.
Menlo Micro will hold interactive demos that showcase the real-world capabilities of its Ideal Switch® technology. These demonstrations will reveal how Menlo's unique approach is transforming the performance landscape in RF switching, replacing traditional electromechanical relays and RF solid-state switches with unmatched benefits in size, speed, power efficiency, and reliability.
The New Product Launches by Menlo Micro will include:
- MM5230(26 GHz SP4T) – High Power Performance Comparison with GaN: A major highlight is the live demo of the MM5230, a 26 GHz SP4T RF switch purpose-built for next-generation, mission-critical signal management. Designed to operate over a wide frequency range, the MM5230 boasts power handling up to 25 W (CW) and 150 W (pulsed), making it a superior alternative to both GaN-based RF switches and bulky electromechanical relays. It excels in insertion loss, power dissipation, and RF linearity, making it ideal for high-power RF Front Ends, Switch Filter Banks, Tunable Filters, Antenna Tuning Systems, High Power Low-Loss Switch Matrices, and EM Relay Replacement.

- Mini-Circuits Absorptive SP4T Switch Powered by Ideal Switch®: Another standout demonstration is from Menlo Micro's customer, Mini-Circuits, showcasing their High-Speed Absorptive SP4T switch powered by Menlo Micro’s Ideal Switch®. This demo illustrates high reliability and high-speed performance tailored for demanding environments. Applications include Antenna Linefeed, Redundancy Switching in Microwave Radio, Satcom/GNSS Antenna Switching (RF and DC Paths), Signal Routing and Switch Matrices, High-Volume Production Testing/ATE.
- MM5800 – 70 GHz SPDT Switch for Aerospace & Defense and Test & Measurement Markets: Menlo Micro will showcase the MM5800, a 70 GHz SPDT switch built for the stringent requirements of aerospace, defense, and T&M markets. With industry-leading performance in linearity, insertion loss, and power handling, the MM5800 is poised to redefine switch design in Aerospace & Defense Systems, Test and Measurement Equipment,5G/6G FR2 Test Platforms, Millimeter-Wave Front Ends, and Millimeter-Wave ATE Systems.

- MM5625 – 80 Gbps+ Loopback Relay for Asymmetric SerDes Buses: Menlo Micro is also unveiling a new high-speed digital solution for the world's most demanding IC testing realm with the launch of the MM5625, an 80 Gbps+ loopback relay engineered for asymmetric SerDes buses. This ultra-high-speed switch enables cutting-edge digital testing and integration, and supports High-Speed Digital Component Testing, High-Speed Signal Routing, ATE Device Interface Boards, Differential Switch Matrices, and Optical-Electrical Module Testing.
To complement this launch, Menlo will also demonstrate its recently launched Ideal Switch® HSIO SignalFlow Studio, an interactive web-based design tool that allows test engineers to configure their DUT and ATE tester pins into one of the many selectable MM56xx family of high-speed loopback relays.
Menlo Micro is also organizing special events at the IMS 2025
