The iND89101 from indie Semiconductor is a Low Noise Amplifier (LNA) that operates from 23.5 to 30.5 GHz. It is designed for use in 5G mmWave and legacy 24 GHz ISM band systems. This amplifier exhibits high linearity and provides adjustable gain with low noise, resulting in enhanced signal quality and improved noise control. 

The iND89101 LNA is available in a compact, low-profile flip-chip package that measures 1 x 1 mm. This packaging design offers compactness for space-constrained applications and more efficient thermal management than traditional wire-bond packaging. This amplifier is ideal for receiving front-end modules, active antenna arrays, MIMO systems in base stations, fixed wireless access (FWA), and customer premise equipment.
