The MS46SF11 from MINEW is a Bluetooth 5.0 Module that is designed for ultra-low power applications. It is based on Nordic’s nRF52805 SoC and delivers a Tx power of up to 4 dBm. This module has a range of up to 60 meters and requires a DC voltage from 1.7-3.6 V. It incorporates a 32-bit ARM Cortex M4 processor which has a 192 KB flash memory and 24 KB RAM. It supports UART and GPIO interfaces and is available in a module that measures 15.8 x 12 x 2 mm with a PCB antenna.
