The RS9116 Modules based on Silicon Labs SoCs are multi-protocol wireless connectivity solutions supporting 802.11 a/b/g/n (2.4 GHz and 5 GHz), 802.11j, dual-mode Bluetooth 5 and 802.15.4 (also capable of running Thread or ZigBee). These modules have integrated baseband processor with calibration memory, RF transceiver, high-power amplifier, balun, T/R switch and flash memory. They provide a transmit power of up to 20 dBm with integrated PA and receive sensitivity as low as -104 dBm. These certified modules consumes ultra-low power with multiple power modes while operating over a single supply of 2.1 to 3.6 V or 1.85 V. They are available in various packages with and without antenna options.
